Sebastian Vettel. Sebastian notoriously kept a lot of his Helmets and Racewear so this is a very rare opportunity to purchase a Race-Worn suit from the 4 time World Drivers Champion. We were informed the suit was worn across the Race weekends in either or both weekends at Australia and Malaysia in the 2014 Season. Sebastian has also signed the suit on the front making it even more collectable for fans of Sebastian. It carries all the sponsor logos, Sebastians name and number 1 branding on the suit. 

The suit also carries a 2014 year-of-manufacture marking and the Alpinestars identification number R00857. This is a relatively early production number when compared with documented Vettel suits from later in the season. For example, the suit attributed to the 2014 Russian Grand Prix carries the considerably later Alpinestars number R01282 and a newer FIA specification. Although these numbers do not provide a definitive chronological record, the difference strongly indicates that R00857 formed part of an earlier batch produced for the beginning of the season.

Its RS.200.11 FIA specification also points towards an early-season allocation, before Red Bull received later suits produced under the RS.260.14 specification. The complete sponsor configuration, Vettel’s number-one branding and the 2014 design are all consistent with the equipment he wore at the Australian and Malaysian Grands Prix.

**Australia and Malaysia were the first two races of the season and were held on consecutive flyaway weekends. Teams commonly transported several suits for each driver as part of the same early-season equipment allocation. It is therefore plausible and likely that this suit was issued to Vettel for either or both events and could have been used during practice, qualifying or the race at either venue.**
